Since the first time we spoke with Vasterra, we've always felt like they understand us. We haven’t had to explain to them how the business works and our needs because they have their own business. Their professionalism helps them understand these concepts as well. We had meetings on Zoom and Google Meet during development — and before Coronavirus, we met every day for 15 minutes. If we found any bugs or issues, Vasterra started on them right away. Working with Vasterra has been much easier than working with our previous development partner was.
