After completing several successful web projects with The Smiling Hippo, the firm developed our first 100% custom online hardware shop that presented a myriad of technical challenges. Many features of the site are industry firsts proving this team excels in problem solving that balances both functionality, design and conversion tracking. We were able to tie in our back-end with all the previous websites they developed to help us cross-promote our range of products and services - something that would have been impossible with a template-style site. Their communication has been exceptional using a custom web ticketing portal that accelerates the development and testing process while connecting all of our company managers on demand.
