For us it's very valuable that we have a near shore team who thinks with us and is proactive in solutions but also new suggestions for improvements. Usauly creative teamsessions take place in the same room which stimulates interation between teammembers. My feedback would be to find a way how to have creative/backlog grooming sessions with clients that stimulate more interaction.
