Ten years ago, Mr. Vallier Dufour founded Vallier. Wishing to “dust off” the place, he closed for the winter and has undertaken a major facelift. Result: Vallier is a restaurant specializes in creative and comforting cuisine with French bistrostyle dishes. Vallier offers its customers a whole new menu and a whole new decor to make the restaurant warmer, lighter and add comfort.
