We engaged Lean Apps to revamp a mobile application to provide OTT content for one of the large telecom operator in Asia with close to 5 million OTT users. We wanted to improve the app user experience and simplify its navigation. We were hoping to improve our customer ratings on app stores as well as make it easier to administer and maintain.
