Baikingu is a comprehensive cloud-based retail management solution. It was a complex project with a long feature list. The system had to cover the whole retail process from stock to refunds. Infrastructure also had to be flexible and scalable. To meet these challenges we went into full startup mode - using new tools, researching new markets and managing customer support during the launch phase.
