Overall decent team and could be great if deadlines were met. Part of the reason for deadline missing was dashroad changing some design decisions but not enough to cause the delays we saw. Best way to work is to have schedule and adhere to it. If change comes then add the expected delay to schedule and adhere to that. Quality of mobile was good, guys were able to add their insight and expertise to make a product better. For other aspects like front-end web, it could have been better.
