An SMS-based mobile app that enabled the Chief Electoral Office, West Bengal to obtain real-time updates from the polling booths in West Bengal state assembly election. This 3-tiered Mobile Poll Management System facilitated smooth flow of poll related information from Polling booths to Chief Electoral Office, providing a mechanism to obtain & maintain real-time updates of the polling booths.
