We wrote a number of custom Salesforce Commerce Cloud modules to improve business processes in administrative, industrial, and sales departments. As a result, the sales process became much faster. Sending a PDF presentation to a client went from three days to 15 minutes. Statistics are now collected to analyze business processes.
