Personally i have engaged many India developers since year 2010, and none has impressed me in terms of UX, UI, and most importantly the response and rapport. Raman and Rakesh, are very (SUPER) responsive to me, in every developments, there are always bugs and both of them always make it a point to ensure that i am informed and given timely update on the progress which NONE of the other India developers have given me. There are many good developers in the world, but to find someone that can offer you the personal rapport + timely updates is terribly difficult since we are on the digital world, that deal without meeting each other. Meeting deadline from Seraphic is of little issues, they can deliver what they promised up to 99.9% (0.1 goes to holiday) = D I would recommend Seraphic to everyone who wants quality software.
