My past & ongoing experience with Planetwebsolutions has been surprisingly great. If I could rate, I would have as they are true gentlemen & thorough professionals. * PWS acts as Enablers - As I'm non-technical, they provide end-to-end technical consultancy in a simple yet effective way, which's really enabling me to handle technical aspect better every passing day. That's priceless, as no Agency till date has done that wholeheartedly despite being asked for. * 'No Hold' & Completely transparent communication - They will tell you as things are and as ought to be, with no unnecessary sweet talk. Any businessman knows, how invaluable that is. * Ready Availability & Quick Responsiveness - I got PWS's reference from a US based acquaintance, for whom they had worked. Despite a 12hour time zone difference, they were unparallel in ensuring availability & rapid responsiveness to him. I am having the same delightful experience. * Relationship focused & not Billing focused - This is claimed by all, but practised by few. They are old-school i.e. completely focused on providing best service humanly possible, irrespective of the bill size. * 100% dedication & Involvement - Everyone is a thorough professional. Especially the Top Management are really praiseworthy as they are readily available as&when needed. * Supportive, way beyond the Contract scope - They have supported me way beyond the Contract cover, and I could have asked for. My other Project got hacked for ransomware, and I was utterly in panic. They worked tirelessly for days to do everything needed to save -> recover -> secure my Project. These efforts alone would have cost me thousands! I couldn't be more thankful. * Dissatisfied with the earlier Service provider - Having experience of developing another Project earlier with another major IT firm at much much higher cost, PWS took that project as it was and rectified all anomalies and took the project to the next level. * Strong Technical Knowledge & diverse capable Team - Their technical capabilities are very good, as my project is a complex one by any standards. Moreover, their Inhouse Teams with varying expertise, allow me to have a one-stop service provider.
