I gave Guarana a lot of money to make me something that's never really worked properly. They are decent coders but not good with testing. They will leave many of the bugs up to you and your clients to find, and they'll be slow to fix them. I had major attention from them before the first few large paydays, but afterward had trouble getting my emails answered or any sense of urgency on fixing problems. There is also a lot of turnover in their coders, which for us represented a large problem because we could not get them to fix work the previous coders had done.
