GAL Telemarketing

We built a web application for a family-owned pharmaceutical company: an internal system, which improves the work of telemarketers in terms of contacts with the customers. Telemarketer can manage the list of clients: segment them, add the new ones, check a contact history and contact with the customer directly from an application. An administrator can manage employees (add holidays, free days).
