I first hired STX in 2013 with a single Python developer and now have about 10 people (developers, testers and a scrum master) across three products. They are able to recruit and train exceptionally capable technical staff. While we control the ideation and product management process entirely, I enjoy a level of technical dialogue and discussion with STX that I have never had with any other outsourcing outfit. If they have a technical opinion I trust it. On Agile there is really no other company that implements Agile principles so effectively, particularly Scrum.
